This is a one day rock climbing training. This workshop covers the aspects of Top Roping. We will be conducting only 1 training batch per month and it will be on the second Sunday of every month.

Syllabus :
– Basics of climbing, skills, gear, usage and safety
– Basic knots used in climbing
– Communication during climbing
– Belaying skills
– Climbing beginner routes

Who can participate:
There’s no upper age limit. If you are physically fit enough to undergo the physical and mental rigors for a full day, sign up. The lower age limit is restricted by our ability to provide harnesses and shoes for this workshop. If you have your own harness and shoes, we are happy to accommodate. Provided all other conditions are met.

Level 1 – Bouldering
Level 2 – Top Roping
Level 3 – Anchor Building
Level 4 – Lead Climbing
